Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare for this event, and as a courtesy to all our attenders, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you.  Infants are welcome to attend with parents (we do offer a family room at the back of our Worship Center if it is needed).

You may park anywhere in the parking lot of the main Canyon Hills Community Church building, or in front of our other buildings (Canyon Hills 3 and 4).  Please note any signs that reserve parking for other businesses.  You may also park at the Park ‘N Ride, just one block south on 17th Ave.  It’s a short walk or golf cart ride to the church!

Will you be able to accommodate food allergies?

We will do our best to offer a variety of foods, snacks, and beverages for those who have food allergies or sensitivities.  If you have a severe allergy, or many allergies/sensitivities, we ask that you bring your own food or plan on eating offsite for lunch.  While we hope to accommodate as much as we can, we know individual needs vary greatly and we will not be able to guarantee all needs are met.

What precautions are you taking for COVID?

We will communicate all requirements and recommendations in advance of the conference at a closer date when we are aware of what current protocols and mandates will be at that time.  This may include: wearing a mask, sitting spaced apart from those not in your household, utilizing our hand sanitizing stations, following arrows of entrance and exit to a room, only offering individually packaged food and beverages, and more.  We will cap capacity of this event at the maximum attendance permitted for our spaces to offer the ability to spread out.
