What is your cancellation and transfer policy?

You may cancel your registration and receive a 90 percent refund if requested by April 5, 2024. You will receive a 50 percent refund if you cancel by April 30, 2024.  The cost is non-refundable after that time. You may contact counseling@chccbw.org to transfer your registration to another individual until April 30, 2024.  We will not accept transfers after that time.  Please be prepared to give the name and contact information for the person to whom you are transferring.  Any transfer of finances related to this is between the two parties involved; Canyon Hills will not be responsible to arrange any payments.

What if I would like to change the modality of my attendance? (In person to online or vice-versa)

You may email counseling@chccbw.org with your request to switch by May 3, 2024.  (Please note - if you're not feeling well, we ask that you please NOT attend in person, but instead use the emailed link to watch online).

How will I access virtual sessions?

You will receive an email the day of the conference with all links and attachments for the sessions.  The conference will be live-streamed.  You will also be given information on how to purchase this conference and past teachings in that email.

What is ACBC Certification?

Canyon Hills is a Certified Biblical Training Center through ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors), and many of our counselors are certified through this national body.  For more information on what certification is and the pathway to certification, check out ACBC’s Website.

How many Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) will this account for if I am ACBC Certified?

This conference will count for 10 CEUs. If you are ACBC certified and would like to count this conference towards your CEUs, please submit your member number in your registration, or email counseling@chccbw.org with this information. This will be submitted after the conference ends and you've confirmed your attendance. Please give ACBC time to post this to your account.

How do I get recordings of sessions?

Each session will be video recorded and available for purchase at the conference. After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link once each video has been downloaded and edited.

Do you offer childcare?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare for this event. As a courtesy to all our attenders, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children with you.  Infants are welcome to attend with parents (we do offer a family room at the back of our Worship Center if it is needed).

Do you offer any group discounts?

For groups of 10 or more, please email the list of those registering to annam@chccbw.org prior to completing registration to receive a discount code for $15 off per person.  Additionally, if you are registering as a church group, you will receive one free registration for your senior pastor, executive pastor, or elder chairman.  Our heart behind this is to help those who are passionate about biblical counseling have someone on their leadership team train with them so as to help equip and set up ministries across the PNW and beyond.
For active duty military or first responders, please email for a discount code of $15 off your registration.

Where and when do I check in?

You will be able to check in at the registration table in our main church lobby on Friday, beginning at 4pm.

Where should I park?

You may park anywhere in our parking lot of the main church building, or in front of our other buildings (Canyon Hills 3 and 4).  Please note any signs that reserve parking for other businesses.  You may also park at the Park ‘N Ride, just one block south on 17th Ave.  It’s a short walk to the church!

Will you be able to accommodate food allergies?

We will do our best to offer a variety of foods, snacks, and beverages for those who have food allergies or sensitivities.  If you have a severe allergy, many allergies/sensitivities, or other specific diet, we ask that you bring your own food or plan on eating offsite for lunch.  While we hope to accommodate as much as we can, we know individual needs vary greatly and we will not be able to guarantee all needs are met. Lunch is served onsite on Saturday.
